Human Resources Manager – Fox Point

We are looking for a part time Human Resources Manager to support our team. The right person will use Human Resources tools and systems to drive business results. They will work directly with the leadership team to ensure the best support of staff in a way that drives the overall business success. The responsibilities will include talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, policy development and implementation and a variety of other administrative tasks. They will also supervise our Billing and Front Office managers. The position will be located at our Fox Point office with limited travel to our other locations typically for recruiting purposes.

The background needed for this position includes:

  • 5-7 years human resources generalist/manager
  • Strong skills in recruiting and performance management
  • Background in compensation and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical, data driven thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to multi task and take initiative
  • Experience linking human resources to business results
  • Experience leading and managing staff

This is a part time position working 4-5 days/week for 20-30 hours per week.

Medical Billing Specialist – Fox Point

Freedom has thrived by providing excellent care and achieving great outcomes for our patients. This is achieved by everyone on the team working together for our patients. The billing staff is critical to the success of the business and providing great care to our patients.

This position will have a number of responsibilities which could include: entering daily charges, addressing billing questions, insurance contract reimbursement, patient statements and ultimately the timely payment of all billed claims. This individual is a key interface between our clients, clinicians and insurance providers.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly self motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Effective at problem solving and time management

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of medical billing and reimbursement
  • Knowledge of 3rd party billing

Medical Clinic Patient Service Representative – Fox Point

This is an opportunity to be part of our overall care team.The front desk staff play an important part in supporting our patients and the overall business. This position is critical as it is the first contact our clients have with Freedom.The ability to present a professional and welcoming environment is key to this role.This position is responsible for scheduling/greeting patients both in person and over the phone, managing patient charts/paperwork, verifying insurance, collecting patient balances and supporting the staff as needed. This individual is essential to our ability to provide excellent service to all of our clients and staff.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Highly self motivated and able to work independently
  • Effective at problem solving and time management
  • Strong ability to work well with others and be a team player
  • 2 years of reception experience, preferably in the medical field
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Hours:  Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.  Candidates must be able to work all of these hours.

Physical Therapy Aide (Grafton)

We are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to join our therapy team in Grafton. This position is responsible for assisting physical therapists with all aspects of patient care as well as clinic upkeep duties.  This position is critical to our ability to provide excellent patient care and services.

Qualified candidates will have:

    • Excellent client service skills
    • Highly self motivated and able to multi-task
    • Effective at problem solving and time management
    • Able to work well with a variety of clients and be a team player
    • Background in exercise or biomechanics is advantageous
    • Interest in exercise science, physical/occupational therapy a plus
