Brady graduated from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Also, Brady played ACHA Division 2 hockey as both a forward and a defenseman during his four-year hockey career at St. Norbert. After school, Brady moved to the Milwaukee area with his now-wife, joined Freedom as a Physical Therapy Aide, and became an assistant coach with the Homestead High School Hockey Program. As his knowledge base grew in both coaching and exercise application, he started to train hockey players in the offseason. Now, Brady is a personal trainer for Freedom. He hopes to apply his experiences in training hockey players and helping treat patients in the clinic to create a personalized training plan for each client’s personal goals.
