Jake graduated with honors from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI with an Associates of Applied Science degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Along with rigorous coursework, Jake participated in three internship rotations in a variety of clinical settings. His experience in these clinical settings provided him with the opportunity to develop his manual skills and extensive therapeutic exercise background. Jake enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses and especially likes to work with patients experiencing balance problems, difficulty performing daily activities, and athletes of all levels looking to get back to play.
Jake strives to provide focused, individualized care and attention to all patients. Jake pursued a career in physical therapy after spending time as a patient in high school and college due to sports-related injuries. He looks forward to connecting his passion for athletics and coaching to physical therapy to help athletes and non-athletes get back to their full potential.
Jake recently moved from Eau Claire to Grafton where he lives with his wife, Kali, and new daughter. He enjoys golfing, fishing, kayaking and being outdoors with his family.
