Power Hour at our Fox Point location

Tuesday & Friday mornings with Jessica: 7:30am – 8:30am
$15.00 per session.

This class focuses on core, hip, knee, shoulder, and scapular strength including 45 minutes of exercise, plus 15 minutes of flexibility work for the spine and extremities.

Mat Class at our Fox Point location

Thursday nights with Jane: 6:00pm- 7:00pm
$15.00 per session.

Pilates mat class is a method of exercise that rehabilitates and conditions the body for life, utilizing a system of core initiated, connected, flowing movements.

This is a Level 3 to 4 intermediate/advanced level mat class. (Prior experience is required.)

Balance Your Bladder

Did you know urinary incontinence, the involuntary loss of bladder control, is actually more common than asthma or diabetes? If you leak urine when you laugh or cough, have to rush to the bathroom, or would simply like to prevent these problems then this class is for you! You will learn how to optimize the health of your bladder through simple tips and exercises. Nina Olson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy that specializes in bowel and bladder function in both men and women. She is happy to help you take control of your bladder.

Nina Olson is a Physical Therapist specializing in Women’s Health. Join her to learn how to reclaim your body after having a baby!  She will educate you regarding postpartum changes, guide you through strengthening your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, and discuss the best way to use your body during daily activities. All mother’s and mother’s to be are welcome. Please allow 6 weeks of healing time following delivery. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat for floor exercise. NEW THIS SUMMER – we will be offering child care during this class. Please note, you will need to sign the waiver and an additional $5 childcare charge will be added to the price of this class.

Restore Your Core

This class takes a step by step approach to reacquaint and train core muscles. The core changes during pregnancy and birth causing compensatory habits which are for a temporary purpose but can be lasting for many women. Discussion points include: core muscles (anatomy, palpation, and exercise), posture, body mechanics, lifting techniques, home exercises, breathing techniques, injury prevention, adapting to the gym.  Class is designed for Post-partum but all mothers are welcome and can benefit physically by discarding old habits and regaining a pre-pregnancy tummy, look taller or thinner!
