Tuesday & Friday mornings with Jessica: 7:30am – 8:30am
$15.00 per session.
This class focuses on core, hip, knee, shoulder, and scapular strength including 45 minutes of exercise, plus 15 minutes of flexibility work for the spine and extremities.
Mat Class at our Fox Point location
Thursday nights with Jane: 6:00pm- 7:00pm
$15.00 per session.
Pilates mat class is a method of exercise that rehabilitates and conditions the body for life, utilizing a system of core initiated, connected, flowing movements.
This is a Level 3 to 4 intermediate/advanced level mat class. (Prior experience is required.)

Restore the Core – A Class for Mothers

This six week class takes a step by step approach to reacquaint and train core muscles. The core changes during pregnancy and birth causing compensatory habits which are for a temporary purpose but can be lasting for many women. Each class includes lecture and exercise. Discussion points include: core muscles (anatomy, palpation, and exercise), posture, body mechanics, lifting techniques, home exercises, breathing techniques, injury prevention, adapting to the gym. Wear comfortable clothing. Class is designed for mothers of all ages. Everyone can benefit physically by discarding old habits and regaining a pre-pregnancy tummy, look taller or thinner!
Hand and Wrist Pain with Technology
Do you have pain in your fingers or thumbs? Do you text, use your smart phone often, or spend a large amount of time on the computer? Attend this overview course on general joint pain in the hands and thumbs taught by a specialist from Freedom Physical Therapy Services. Rebekah Pogwizd is an Occupational Therapist who treats hand and thumb pain and injuries. Learn stretches and protective movements to decrease pain and discomfort in hands, allowing you to use technology with less pain.
Learn how to be safe, and keep your family safe, in uncertain situations. This class will teach basic situational awareness skills and physical tools to defend and evade dangerous situations. The class is intended for all ages and physical abilities. It is not required to take part in the physical portions of the class. The information about situational awareness can still help keep you and others safe!
