Pilates Mat Classes and more


Power Hour at our Fox Point location

Tuesday & Friday mornings with Jessica: 7:30am – 8:30am
$15.00 per session.

This class focuses on core, hip, knee, shoulder, and scapular strength including 45 minutes of exercise, plus 15 minutes of flexibility work for the spine and extremities.

Mat Class at our Fox Point location

Thursday nights with Jane: 6:00pm- 7:00pm
$15.00 per session.

Pilates mat class is a method of exercise that rehabilitates and conditions the body for life, utilizing a system of core initiated, connected, flowing movements.

This is a Level 3 to 4 intermediate/advanced level mat class. (Prior experience is required.)

*Classes listed above need a minimum of 5 people to run.

Situational Awareness

Dates: November 21, December 5, and January 16
Location: Grafton Physical Therapy Services

Learn how to be safe, and keep your family safe, in uncertain situations. This class will teach basic situational awareness skills and physical tools to defend and evade dangerous situations. The class is intended for all ages and physical abilities. It is not required to take part in the physical portions of the class. The information about situational awareness can still help keep you and others safe!
