My therapist Jimmy and his teammates are medical professionals who listen to you and work through your issues. They freely ask for opinions from their partners about certain things to improve treatment. They have an excellent billing team that work your claims quickly and get the most from your insurance. Love the care I have received over the years at Freedom specifically from Scott for neck/shoulder issues, hip replacement recuperation, arthritis issues and presently golfers elbow. Molly helped me as well a couple of years ago  trying to conquer some breathing  issues I was experiencing and I still am utilizing what she taught me.Thankful more recently for Anna who helped me with jaw issues. I have particularly fond memories taking my mom  to Freedom for her appointments with Peter who diligently worked on her knees and  her weekly massages with Elizabeth. Saw Charlie Coenen for some strained muscles in my lower back. He initially provided some manipulations and some home exercises. They definitely loosened the muscles. On a return visit he also manipulated the muscles and, in response to my request about dry needling, needled some of the most problematic areas, providing further relief. He is very knowledgable and professional.  I would definitely recommend him! Have over the years seen two other PTs there and they were good as well!

I’d like to share a 5 star review of freedom physical therapy.  The staff is top notch! From Ms. Evelyn, the front desk rep, to Charlie, our beloved therapist! Ms. Evelyn always so pleasant and happy to see us.  Charlie- compassionate, caring, smart, and empathetic.  He fixed my daughter’s elbow- after many of the big box medicine doctors failed to.  He was truly the best.  But that’s not all.  My other daughter had ankle issues that were addressed by Charlie also.  Just wonderful people and process.  Highly recommend this outfit.

When I was having shoulder issues a number of years ago, my doctor referred me to Mike at Freedom Physical Therapy in Fox Point. I have been so thankful to have had this referral, and to be able to continue receiving therapy there. I have worked primarily with Mike, but also Scott, Jake and Jessica...I am grateful for their concern and knowhow, and I know they care about me as a person. I also know that my therapy there is a big part of my physical health. I noticed a few reviews of people who had billing issues. In all the years I have been going there, I have think I may have had 2 questions about a billing issue--these were resolved with no problems. Molly's healing arts are great and she is a good match for working with the elderly or persons with disabilities.  She is skilled with massage on the areas that need attention, and as a patient, I cannot stop myself from chatting with her as she works. I have had positive experiences with multiple providers for chronic pain conditions and injuries. Freedom introduces new medication free treatment options that have improved my daily functioning. Second serious work-related injury. While given choice of other therapy clinics, I immediately chose Freedom again. Therapists are amazing (Adrian, Heather, Joe and Marion in specific) and front office are friendly and helpful and immediately know you by name. I am receiving physical therapy for a broken upper right arm to prevent a frozen shoulder.  I have gone to Freedom in the past for arthritis in my hands, frozen left shoulder and whiplash from an accident. I have had excellent results each time. Massage therapy and dry needling has made my life livable again.  My back pain was soo bad that I hated to wake up in the morning.  Im not cured but I can wake up and be HAPPY and pain free more days.   I LOVE ME SOME FREEDOM.   They are soooo different from hospital therapy.  Jake and Nicole are AWWSOME.         Try it and see. I LOVE FREEDOM PT! I have been a patient for almost 3 years now. I have worked primarily with Dr. Mike for some TMJ therapy, but I have also seen Adrienne and Trenton for other issues as well. Every therapist I have worked with are amazing- thorough, knowledgeable, hands on, intuitive, professional and they really go the extra mile to help you rehab and move forward. I’ve been to many other PT clinics and never experienced the level of care I do at Freedom PT. They have helped me turn my health around and I try to refer as many people as I can to them. They have been so easy to work with- scheduling, even billing- I have switched insurance companies many times and Ive never had any issues. My current insurance doesn’t cover PT, but I am more than willing to pay out of pocket because of the level of care (and I also love supporting a local private practice) and how much of a difference it makes in my health. The people at Freedom in Fox Point aren't just skilled at their practices of physical therapy, occupational therapy, yoga and wellness, they are gifted persons, each in and of their own. Everyone, from the desk on back to billing, are genuinely caring, sweet, and good salt-of-the-earth human beings. They listen. For anyone with chronic pain, an acute injury and/or a body who lives in today's age, also known as the times of Big Box medical and insurance Administrators, most of us know how sadly of a job an MBA makes fora background in doling out life and/or death sentences. A Masters in Business Admin. does not a good of maker of sound medical recommendations provide. The human is lost somewhere in that all too common equation and more often than not, it is the human being who as a whole needs physical and/or occupational therapy services, and not simply an arbitrary or mysteriously unattached arm or ankle that seeks out theraputic services. It certainly at times feels like that is the case when the treatment decisions are left up to the large managenent firms, or as I call them: The Suits, and it feels overtly institutional when our body parts are treated as singular problems, instead of being treated as one part of a larger whole. Freedom treats me as a whole person, and the people there there remind me that what happens to my emotions, stress levels, and well me, the product whose body encompasses a human life, is directly connected to the successes and outcomes I have set for myself, none of which come without hiccups and setbacks such as the current pandemic. My PT Trenton reminds me through our weekly chats and his character, how easily I can become stuck being my own enemy instead of my own best advocate and cheering squad. Marrion my Occupational Therapist and I giggle profisely most of the time, because we have similar attitudes about the world and child rearing, but when a recent set back almost thwarted my progress, I knew that in spite of myself, there was no one else I wanted to be the first person I told about the whole thing, and to that end, she exemplified why I feel that way about her when I told her. Her skills are second to none, and I am a complex case to say the least, but it is who she is, as with who Trenton is, that is exactly why I will forego many things for many reasons, just not Freedom Physical Therapy in Fox Point.  Don't be fooled by my words of admiration, gratitude and/or sincere appreciation for them. They will not let a client slough-off, be lazy or discombobulate their own progress because there is an easier way. They wouldn't sacrifice your success or their credentials for nonsense. I couldn’t have had a better experience @ Freedom PT. Everyone has been very helpful & friendly & my PT  Mike has decreased the horrible pain from my trigeminal neuralgia immensely. They’re a great group & I’m so thankful to have found them!
