Part-Time Patient Service Representative – Grafton

This position is critical as it is the first contact our clients have with Freedom.  The ability to present a professional and welcoming environment is critical to this role.  This position is responsible for scheduling/greeting patients, managing patient information, collecting patient balances, and supporting the staff as needed. This individual is essential to our ability to provide excellent service to all of our clients and staff.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Effective at problem solving and time management
  • Strong ability to work with others and be a team player

This is a great position for a student interested in physical or occupational therapy or just someone interested in a long-term or part-time position.

Monday – Thursday  2:00pm – 7:00pm and Friday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

 

Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist – Brookfield

They are also afforded the opportunity to develop their skills through extensive continuing education. Our Therapists provide excellent, ongoing patient care, update daily documentation, and maintain high productivity. They also market their services outside the clinic.

Qualifications include:

  • 2-5 years as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to maintain quality patient care, high productivity with great documentation
  • Proven marketing skills
  • Strong manual therapist
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse population of people and physical needs

We have a need for a Women’s Health PT and are willing to cover costs involved in training for certifications.
