Medical Billing Specialist

This position will have a number of responsibilities which could include: electronic payment posting, patient and payer accounts receivable/collections, verifying benefits, insurance authorizations, and handling patient billing calls. This individual is a key interface between our patients, clinicians, and insurance providers.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Background with electronic medical records
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of medical billing/reimbursement
  • Effective at problem-solving and time management
  • Able to work well with others and be a team player
  • Solid and consistent work history

Physical Therapy Aide

Freedom Physical Therapy Services, an independent, progressive PT/OT practice with four locations in the Milwaukee area. Our mission is to enhance and improve the overall well-being of all our clients.

These positions are available starting in April/May 2023. We will have open positions:

  • full time and part time in Brookfield
  • full time in Fox Point
  • part time in Grafton

This position is responsible for assisting therapists with all aspects of patient care as well as clinic upkeep duties.  This role is critical to our ability to provide excellent care and service to all patients who come to Freedom. 

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Highly self motivated and able to multi-task
  • Effective at problem solving and time management
  • Able to work well with a variety of clients and be a team player
  • Background in exercise or biomechanics is advantageous
  • Degree in kinesiology or exercise science preferred

This is a great opportunity for a student who is taking a gap year before attending DPT school or further education.
