Anastasia Demco

DPT, PT

Anastasia grew up in Fontana, Wisconsin, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Mary Baldwin University in Fishersville, Virginia.

Anastasia is passionate about helping patients regain confidence and return to the activities they love. She believes that understanding the “why” behind treatment empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery. One of her favorite moments is seeing a patient’s “light bulb” moment—when a new concept or movement finally clicks, and they realize what they’re capable of achieving.

Drawing from her extensive background in dance and Pilates, Anastasia brings a unique perspective to movement and rehabilitation. She has trained in and taught ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary dance, and Pilates, giving her a strong appreciation for body awareness, balance, and efficient movement. She works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that meet them where they are, helping them reduce pain, restore function, and enjoy more freedom in their daily lives.

Outside the clinic, Anastasia enjoys walking, biking, and paddleboarding, as well as attending live music events. She also loves experimenting with new recipes, reading, propagating plants, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Milo.
