Jacob Boucher

PT, DPT, ATC

Jacob grew up in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, and graduated from Carthage College with a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic training. He went on to attend St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

He enjoys being able to connect directly with the patient and watch their progress throughout treatment. Jacob utilizes a combination of manual therapy, functional exercise, and education to provide care specifically for the individual he is treating. Having a background in athletics, Jacob loves treating post-operative patients and athletes of any level. He enjoys treating individuals with back pain, vestibular issues, and headaches, as well. He utilizes manual therapy skills such as Mulligan MWM, soft tissue mobilizations, and spinal manipulations.

At Carthage College, Jacob played football and ran track while balancing his time in the Athletic Training program. He realized his passion for movement and promoting an active lifestyle, which led him to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Jacob enjoys fishing, working out, riding motorcycles, and any activity that involves being around his family and friends.
