Rachel graduated with honors from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and 2017 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Rachel has had the opportunity to take advanced coursework in manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, as well as sport-specific training.
With various treatment techniques, she gathered from her clinical experience and advanced training, as well as a positive attitude and a true passion for helping others, Rachel works to empower her patients to achieve and maintain their therapy goals.
Rachel has been involved with athletics throughout her life, with her focus and passion being volleyball. Her interest in athletics and functional movement contributes to her whole body treatment approach and strong interest in manual therapy.
Rachel has worked with various patient populations, including those with orthopedic and neurological conditions. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels, including patients with conditions involving the spine, shoulder, hip and knee.
Rachel lives in Hartford and enjoys traveling, watching packer games, and spending time with her family and friends.
