Rachel Beilfuss

Rachel Beilfuss is a Wisconsinite born and raised. Growing up in New Berlin, WI, Rachel attended New Berlin Eisenhower High School and went on to attend Marquette University. There she earned two degrees: a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her time, at Marquette, Rachel was awarded the Pedro Arrupe service award, the Dr. Lawrence G. Pan service award, and two research awards for her commitment to community service and engagement, working to end food insecurity on Marquette’s campus, and advancing the physical therapy profession. After earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Rachel completed an orthopedic residency program through the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, where she underwent advanced training and mentorship to further hone her manual skills and clinical knowledge in orthopedics to become a more effective provider for her patients. After residency, Rachel went on to become a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS). Her additional specialty education has prepared her best for treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including those of the head, neck, back, arms, and legs. Rachel has a passion for treating recreational athletes of all ages, individuals suffering from chronic pain, and post-operative patients. She has a strong background in Irish dance, soccer, and basketball and enjoys helping these athletes recover from and prevent injury.

Rachel became interested in the physical therapy profession at the age of 16 when she was working with her neighbor as a home health aide. She realized then the impact she could make on an individual’s life by simply being present with them, listening to their concerns, and collectively generating a plan of care to best suit their unique self and situation.

Beyond physical therapy, Rachel enjoys hiking, playing pickleball, traveling, cooking, baking, and attending live sporting events. She also loves spending time with her fiancé and family and she maintains her passion for working to end food insecurity in the greater Milwaukee area.
